Dr. Eilerman was raised in Cincinnati, Ohio. She graduated Summa cum laude from Ohio University with a major in Biological Sciences and a minor in Psychology. She received her medical degree from Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine.
Dr. Eilerman completed her Pediatric Residency at Doctors Hospital and did her subspecialty training at Columbus Children's Hospital. She is a Board Certified Pediatrician, a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics, and member of the American Osteopathic Association.
Dr. Eilerman and her husband Andy are enjoying their role as new parents, and are proud to announce the arrival of their daughter. In her spare time, Dr. Eilerman is an avid Ohio State Buckeye football fan and enjoys reading, traveling and spending time with family and friends

Dr. Crickard was born and raised in Ohio. She attended the University of Cincinnati, where she received a Bachelor's Degree and Master's Degree in Science. Following a move to Colorado, she worked in a research laboratory, and taught Biology at Metropolitan University in Denver. After marrying, she moved to the east coast, and attended medical school at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. She completed a pediatric residency at Doctors Hospital in Columbus with subspecialty work done at Columbus Children's Hospital.
Dr. Crickard is Board Certified in Pediatrics, and a member of the American Osteopathic Association. She enjoys the practice of general pediatrics, with particular emphasis on developmental and behavioral pediatrics, and nutritional concerns.
Dr. Crickard is actively involved in training residents and students from several residency programs and medical schools, and enjoys giving lectures at numerous medical conventions.
Dr. Crickard and her husband Chip have 3 children. She is very busy as a parent, she teaches Sunday school in her church, and is an avid runner and cyclist.

Dr. Kollar is a native of New Jersey. She received a Natural Science Degree from Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio, and worked in Genetics at Cincinnati Children's Hospital before getting her Medical Degree from Ohio University. She completed her Internship and Residency at Doctors and Children's Hospitals in Columbus, Ohio.
Dr. Kollar is a Board Certified Pediatrician, a member of the American Osteopathic Association, a Fellow of the American College of Osteopathic Pediatricians, and a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. She has held several positions at area hospitals and is committed to training residents through the Dual Residency Program at Doctors and Children's Hospitals, as well as students from local medical schools.
Dr. Kollar loves gardening, church activities and spending time with her husband and 4 children, oh, and 2 dogs.

Dr. Morran graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor's Degree in microbiology from the Ohio State University. Keeping with the "Buckeye Tradition", she completed medical school at The Ohio State University College of Medicine and Public Health. Her Pediatric Internship and Residency training was completed at Kosair Children's Hospital in Louisville, Kentucky. She is a Board Certified Pediatrician and a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.
Dr. Morran is an avid sports fan and enjoys cheering on both the Ohio State football team and the Columbus Blue Jackets. She enjoys hiking, traveling, and has a special interest in fitness and nutrition.
Dr. Thompson was born and raised in Dayton, Ohio. She received a Bachelor's Degree with High Distinction from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor where she majored in Biopsychology and Cognitive Science. She was awarded membership in the Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society during her undergraduate years. Upon graduation, she returned to Ohio and attended The Ohio State University College of Medicine and Public Health. She graduated Cum Laude with a Medical Degree and became a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society.
Dr. Thompson finished her pediatric residency at Nationwide Children's Hospital in Columbus, Ohio. She holds memberships in the American Academy of Pediatrics and the American Medical Association. Dr. Thompson enjoys spending time with her husband, Nick, and their new daughter. She enjoys reading, watching movies, playing the piano, and spending time with family and friends.
